We promise the wait is worth it.

Our compliance team verifies new accounts for a few reasons:

  1. To ensure you are a legitimate business.

  2. To prevent misuse and spammers.

  3. To comply with our strict security protocols.

Ultimately, it's all to provide a higher level of security and service to you, and protection to Peptalkr's powerful system.

βœ… If you are approved you'll receive an email from us and your account will be ready to use! Get stuck in, or wait for your scheduled onboarding call.

❌ If you are not approved we'll email you to ask some questions to verify your identity. It's rare we need to do this, but just ensure your Settings have been filled in correctly.

Now's a good time to mark all emails from Peptalkr as important. Ensure you include @peptalkr.com.au and @peptalkr.com

We KNOW that busy businesses have busy people. And we truly want you to get the very most out of your Peptalkr account - at the end of the day, it should pay for itself at least 10 times over. Really.

So, we like you get you going by:

  • Importing some beautiful email templates, tailored for health businesses.

  • Personalising those templates with YOUR logo, colours and business details.

  • Creating some handy patient segments for more-targeted marketing.

  • Learning about your challenges, goals and needs so we can tailor our customer service to YOU.

And yes, we do this for free. Just ensure you follow the steps in-app to submit your personalised onboarding request.

✨ Looking for the whole package when it comes to setup?

We have recently started to accept requests for full setup - we'll do the a-z while you relax. Once it's set up, we'll hand over the reigns with instructions.

Please note a full setup is a premium service and attracts a fee based on the complexity of your needs. Let us know if you're interested during the onboarding call and we'll price it based on your specific needs. If you are skipping the call (tsk tsk) use the chat bubble.
