Account activation is the process of:
Connecting your Cliniko account to Peptalkr (essential)
Filling in your Settings page (essential)
These steps are critical as they kick start our account activation process, which involves setting you up with the features you'll need based on your Cliniko account configuration.
If you don't complete this step, you won't be able to use Peptalkr.

Just head to the My Account page and follow the steps on-screen.
Open the chat bubble and check out your Account activation checklist if you get stuck.

Next, your account will be magically set up in the background, but our compliance team will also verify the legitimacy of your account to ensure suspicious accounts aren't using Peptalkr.

✅ If you are approved you'll receive an email from us and your account will be ready to use! Get stuck in, or wait for your scheduled onboarding call.
❌ If you are not approved we'll email you to ask some questions to verify your identity. It's rare we need to do this, but just ensure your Settings have been filled in correctly.
