When you create a new transactional email, you'll see a setting 'Add recipients to a list'

We recommend you always select 'Don't add to a list' - but why?

Peptalkr handles this automatically

Peptalkr is a really flexible system. But we've taken a lot of the hard work out of managing it for you.

We already manage the people in your marketing list automatically. We add people as they are added to Cliniko, we remove people who are archived in Cliniko and we respect your 'Active Patient Limit' settings to keep your marketing list size under control.

Because all of this happens automatically, you do not need to select anything for 'Add recipient to a list'. This setting is just not needed. We still display it, because our email subprocessor requires us to. But all you need to remember is:

"Do not add to a list"
