Cliniko recently introduced a feature that allows you to update existing records in bulk via data imports. This includes updating patient details, billable items, and products by exporting your data, making changes in a spreadsheet, and re-importing it.
Great news: Peptalkr does automatically sync these changes straight into Peptalkr.
When you update records in Cliniko using their data import tool, those updates will flow through to Peptalkr.
What's supported
Peptalkr will pick up bulk updates to:
Patients (contact details, opt-in status, etc.)
Billable items
Products
Note: Cliniko's "Contacts" feature is not part of the Peptalkr integration, so bulk updates to Contacts won't affect your Peptalkr data.
A note on testing
We've verified this works on accounts with smaller datasets. However, given the wide variation in Cliniko account sizes and data complexity, we haven't been able to exhaustively test every scenario—particularly for very large accounts with tens of thousands of records.
