Peptalkr forms can incorporate an “I agree” or “I accept” button - otherwise known as a “clickwrap” agreement.

A clickwrap is a digital agreement that users agree to by clicking a button or checking a box. Instead of a traditional signature, users' consent is given through this simple click. Other related types of agreements include sign-in-wraps (where clicking "register" or "sign-in" means accepting the terms) and browser-wraps (where using the site implies agreement with the terms).

Clickwrap agreements are an good way for businesses to acquire the relevant acknowledgements they need without negatively affecting completion rates or the customer experience.

Peptalkr forms cannot take a physical, written signature. It’s best to check with your solicitor if you’re unsure whether a clickwrap agreement is suitable for the purposes of the agreement you need to place in your form.

Collect agreement via a Peptalkr form:

Instead of taking a physical signature, they click an 'I accept' button.

Use a combination of Peptalkr & Cliniko forms:

Alternatively, some users will send the intake form with Peptalkr (e.g a few days before the appointment) - then on the day of the appointment they will use Cliniko to send a 'Reminder' SMS with a link to 'Sign' the Cliniko form. So that could go something like this:

2 days before the appointment:

  • Patient receives a reminder SMS from Peptalkr:

e.g - “Hi Monique, your appointment is in 2 days. Please fill in this form prior to arrival: *link goes here*

Day of appointment, e.g. 1 hour before:

  • Patient receives a reminder SMS from Cliniko:

e.g - “Hi Monique, we require you to sign our consent to care agreement before we proceed with your treatment today: *link goes here*”
