If you're using Peptalkr to send your appointment confirmations, then yes - rescheduled appointments will trigger a fresh confirmation - but only if certain requirements are met.
Requirements (one of the following):
The appointment date or time has changed
The appointment type has changed
The treating practitioner has changed
If multiple changes are made to an appointment within a short space of time (5 minutes), only one email will send.
If Peptalkr had not ever sent a confirmation prior to the rescheduling (because you didn't have a confirmation message matching the conditions of this appointment at that time), then a confirmation will send when the appointment is rescheduled provided it does now match the conditions of your confirmation trigger.
