You'll go the email manager tab, then the Transactional tab to complete this step.
Now just follow the step-by-step instructions here to:
Create the email
Set a subject line
Set an email sender
Design the email (with a pre-built template if desired!)
Add or edit your variables (patient name, appointment date etc.)
Once you have created and pressed Finish on your Transactional email, it's time to connect a trigger.
