πŸ”” Sending on-brand reminders

This tutorial will walk you through: setting up an Appointment Confirmation from 🏁 start to πŸ† finish using one of our pre-built global templates.

When to use this tutorial

If you're looking to replace Cliniko's plain email confirmations, with beautiful and customisable branded emails that can have buttons, images, videos and more - this is right where you need to be. You also have more control around how and who they send to, giving you flexibility and a better patient experience!

What you'll need:

  1. πŸ’Œ Create a transactional email (Shortcut: Use one of pre-built templates!)

  2. πŸš€ Trigger it to the right people with an email trigger

  3. 🎁 Bonus: Recommended subject lines

Let's go!

Get started with a template

Peptalkr comes with a number of pre-built appointment templates πŸ₯° Save time by using one of our professional designed, fully customisable templates as a starting point.

Step One: Create a Transactional email

You'll go the email manager tab, then the Transactional tab to complete this step.

Now just follow the step-by-step instructions here to:

  • Create the email

  • Set a subject line

  • Set an email sender

  • Design the email (with a pre-built template if desired!)

Once you have created and pressed Finish on your Transactional email, it's time to connect a trigger.

🎁 Bonus: Subject line ideas

An effective email starts with a great subject line! Cut through the inbox overload with a subject line that grabs attention and makes the purpose clear.
