Peptalkr forms include a variable called the 'Appointment ID' - this is what helps Peptalkr to associate a form response with a patient file in Cliniko.
The appointment ID is a number that comes from Cliniko - so if you find yourself needing to look up a patient by an appointment ID (for example, to follow up with a patient after they left feedback) this is what you need to do.
Where to find the appointment ID
Open up your feedback response spreadsheet
Look for the column titled 'a' - the number that appears here is what you need to copy (Mac: Command + C | Windows: CTRL + C)
How to look up the patient by the appointment ID
Open Cliniko and go to Appointments
In the browser URL bar - type a forward slash at the end of the URL then paste in the appointment ID
Press enter - this will open the appointment the patient was providing feedback for. You can now see the patient's full name and other details by clicking into their patient file.
