When you sign up for Peptalkr, you receive one 'Master' login which can access all areas of your account, including:
SMS triggers
The email builder (campaigns, automations, transactional email templates, lists, segments)
Transactional email triggers
Settings
Billing
If you want to provide access to additional users, keep reading.
The email builder role
Your Peptalkr account contains very sensitive data, and to prevent misuse we limit full administrative access to just one user.
However, we can add a special type of user that can:
Create and send marketing campaigns
Create and turn on marketing automated journeys
Design and publish transactional email templates
View all email reporting/insights
👉 Users with email builder role access CAN design transactional emails, but they cannot create/manage triggers. This must be done by an administrator as transactional emails are powerful and need to be managed carefully.
Adding a user
To add this user type please send us a message using the chat bubble in the bottom right and provide us with the email address you'd like to add.
If you want to limit any of the above access from this user, please let us know.
The invited user will receive an email where they can set a password.
Removing a user
Please use the chat bubble and let us know which email address requires removal.
What about an SMS sender role?
This is not possible currently. As SMS cost additional, and can technically be misused if in the wrong hands - we limit this activity to super admins only at the moment.
