Peptalkr can only have one Administrator login - the one you signed up with. Additional users can be added to the Email Manager. Keep reading.
Your Peptalkr Administrator login has full access to all areas of Peptalkr.
Additional users are called 'Email Managers' and this special role type has complete access to the Email Manager only.
An Email Manager can:
Create and send email marketing campaigns
Create and manage Automated marketing journeys
Manage your Lists & subscribers and segments
Create and publish Transactional emails - but not trigger them.
View all reporting and insights
👉 Users with email builder role access CAN design transactional emails, but they cannot create/manage triggers. This must be done by an administrator as transactional emails are powerful and need to be managed carefully.
Adding an Email Manager
To add this user type please send us a message using the chat bubble in the bottom right and provide us with the email address you'd like to add.
If you want to limit any of the above access from this user, please let us know.
The invited user will receive an email where they can set a password.
Removing a user
Please use the chat bubble and let us know which email address requires removal.

FAQs
Is there an SMS sender role?
This is not possible currently. As SMS cost additional, and can technically be misused if in the wrong hands - we limit this activity to super admins only at the moment.
