You can schedule campaigns to send at a later date and time. This is perfect for when you want to send your message at the best possible moment, even if you’re not around to press send.

Sending your marketing campaigns at the right time can make a big difference. Whether it’s a promotion, an announcement, or a regular newsletter, Peptalkr makes it easy to schedule your campaigns for a future date and time.

Here’s how to schedule your next email campaign in a few simple steps.

How to schedule a campaign in Peptalkr

1. Create your campaign

  1. Log in to Peptalkr and go to the Campaigns section.

  2. Click on Create Campaign and follow the steps to create your email.

2. Choose the schedule option

  1. Once your email is ready, under Prepare to send you'll see two options.

  2. Select the option to Schedule for later

3. Set the date and time

  1. Choose the date you’d like your campaign to be sent.

  2. Set the time – the timezone for sending is that of your Cliniko account.

4. Confirm and schedule

  1. Review all the details of your campaign, including the recipients, subject line, and content.

  2. Once everything looks good, click Schedule Campaign.

  3. Your campaign will now be queued to send at the specified time.

Tips for successful scheduling

  • Plan for your audience’s time zone: If you’re targeting an international audience, consider when they’re most likely to open your email. Create a segment for the different regions your patients come from by using the Post code custom field.

  • Double-check your details: Preview your email and test it before scheduling to ensure there are no errors.

  • Monitor your campaign: Even after scheduling, you can view or edit the campaign details in Peptalkr’s dashboard before it is due to send.

Can I change the schedule after setting it?

Yes, as long as the campaign hasn’t already been sent, you can adjust the schedule or cancel it entirely.

What if I need to send the campaign immediately?

You can return to the campaign settings and select Send Now instead of scheduling.

Will I be notified when my campaign sends?

Yes, Peptalkr will notify you once your campaign has been sent successfully.
