Topped up but seeing an insufficient credits notice on your automated SMS?
Here's how to fix it.
When your SMS credits are depleted, your automated SMS will pause and display an insufficient credits notice. To get them running again, you'll first need to top up your SMS credit balance.
After adding credits, click the ♻️ refresh icon on each SMS automation you'd like to restart.
