Each SMS credit is 160 characters, so it's a good idea to shorten map links using a link shortening service prior to including it in an SMS.
To get your Google Maps link
Open up your Google listing in Google maps
Click the Share icon
In the popup that appears, click copy link next to your share link.
Put it in a Peptalkr SMS
Edit the SMS trigger you want to include the link in
Go to the SMS content screen
Paste this somewhere suitable in the SMS content field of your SMS settings and save it:
This will automatically be converted into a hyperlink in the real SMS.
Put it in a Peptalkr email
Go to the Send Email tab of Peptalkr
Navigate to the email you want to add it to - e.g. a Transactional email, Campaign or Automation.
Add your link to either a Button or hyperlink some text such as Get Directions.
Save your changes.
