Peptalkr comes with a bunch of pre-built templates, but you can also create your own reusable templates to save time whenever you go to create a new email.
If you're finding the personalised templates we provide are not quite meeting your needs, or you've designed a stunning email and now you want to save that email as a reusable template - this is for you.
Save an email you have designed as a template
Have you created a fabulous campaign in the past, and wish to save the design as a template?
Great! Remember, all of the emails you've created are already saved as templates in the Recent emails area of the template selector - which self-updates with any email you've worked on.
But you can move any of them to the My Templates area if you want easier access.
The steps:
Go to the Email manager and click the My Templates tab:
From the My Templates screen, click 
Name your template something logical, such as Quarterly Newsletter and press Continue.
Click on Choose from your recent emails from the popup:
Browse your recent emails to find the one you're looking for and click it. This will open the drag & drop email builder.
Now go ahead and adjust the design or content as needed to make your reusable template.
Click Preview then Finish and save template.
🎉 Voila! Now you can choose this template as a starting point next.
Create a template from scratch
If you'd prefer to create your own from scratch, you can select one of the other options from the popup:
Start from scratch | This means you'll start with a totally blank design and you can add sections and blocks from scratch to build a design. | Difficulty: Advanced |
Choose a design | This means you'll start with one of the 120+ free email templates supplied by our email partner. You can then edit it as needed to suit your brand and needs. | Difficulty: Intermediate |
Upload your own HTML | If you have a graphic designer that has generated a 100% HTML email template, you can import it here. | Difficulty: Highly advanced |
Add your brand | If you want a super basic email template with branding that has been automatically applied by AI from your website, choose this. | Difficulty: Easy |
We think it's easiest to use a recent email, or make a copy of one of the personalised templates we provided for you. But the above options are available should you wish to use them.
