Peptalkr comes with a bunch of templates, but you can create your own saved templates to save time whenever you go to create a new email.

To check out your saved templates, go to the Email Manager then click My Templates in the top right hand side of the screen.

In here, you'll find some prebuilt templates we have provided for you. You can:

  1. Edit the provided templates

  2. Create your own templates

To edit the provided templates

If you signed up after July 2024, chances are you have some templates with your logo, colours and links in them already. To make some tweaks and changes to them check out this tutorial.

Create your own templates

If you'd prefer to create your own you can either:

  1. Build one from scratch

  2. Use one of your Recent emails to make a global template

I'll show you how:

From the My Templates screen, click

Select Choose from your recent emails if you'd like to start with an email you've already worked on in any part of Peptalkr

Select the email you want to copy, and you'll be taken to the drag & drop email builder.

Now go ahead and:

  1. Set your colours

  2. Set your fonts

  3. Add in any helpful sections, text or links

  4. Save and finish

To use your new template

Whether you're making a Campaign, an Automation or a Transactional email - you can now select your newly saved Global template as a starting point.

Simply click My Templates during the creation process to select your desired global template.
