You're signed up and ready to start using Peptalkr - awesome 🎉 There are just a few settings you need to fill in so we can connect to Cliniko.

Filling in your settings

  1. Go to the Settings tab
(Note: you must have an active subscription to access this page).

  2. Enter your Cliniko API key

  3. Fill in the rest of the fields

  4. Press Update

🚨 Your Cliniko API key is critical to the functioning of Peptalkr. You must generate an API key in Cliniko, then add it to Peptalkr. For full functionality, the Cliniko user account that generates the API key should be both:

  • An administrator, and

  • a Practitioner

If you do not have the necessary permissions you will encounter issues.

Syncing your data

Once you have entered an API key, it takes some time for us to sync your account data. Please wait between 15 minutes and up to a couple of hours depending on how big your patient and appointment database is.
