Transactional emails
Go to the Send email tab
Click on 'Transactional'
Click on the transactional email name
You'll see a summary of activity in the last 30 days in a chart. Scroll down to see the actual recipients. We only store the last 60 days of activity here.
SMS (automated and one off blasts)
Go to the 'Send SMS' tab
Click the little info icon to view the details of your SMS.
Scroll down to see a log of every SMS that has been sent in the last 60 days. These are all stored inside date folders - click the date to expand and see each recipient.
π The SMS log does not display names or phone numbers. This is for security and privacy reasons. If you want to see the name of the recipient - just click on the 'Patient ID' - which is a long number that is hyperlinked straight to the patient file inside Cliniko.
We have plans to improve the SMS log so you can search it with more ease, across all SMS you have. In the meantime, you can enable the communication log to make life easier, or reach out to us if you need help tracking down something specific.
