Hey 🌊
Do you need to find a list of patients who have been sent a transactional email or SMS from you through Peptalkr? Here's how:
📧 Find email log 📧
Step 1: Go to 'Send Email'
Step 2: Click 'Transactional'
Step 3: Scroll down to see a list of your emails that you have set up in your account. You can see here how many have been sent, the percentage of people who have opened the email, and the percentage of people who have clicked on a link in the email.
📝 Note: If there is no number in the 'SENT' column, the email either hasn't been turned on or the conditions of the email have not been met to trigger the email to send.
Step 4: Here you can click on the email, and it will open up with all the email data. When you scroll down you will see a list of emails, these are the patients who have received the email. Here you can click on the name of the email to see what the email looked like to the patient and that everything was correct. You can also see whether the patient opened the email or not, as well as the date and time that it was sent.
📱Find SMS log📱
Step 1: Go to 'Send SMS'
Step 2: Here you will see all the SMS that you have set up. Find the one you would like to see the log for and click the ℹ button in the 'Details' column.
Step 3: Scroll down, and you will see a list of dates that the SMS has been sent on. When you click the date you will be shown the time, patient and appointment. The patient and appointment appear as ID numbers. When you click on the patient ID number you will be taken to their Cliniko file and if you click on the appointment ID you will be taken to their appointment in Cliniko. This is how you can see who and when they received the SMS.
We do not show the patients' names or appointment information within Peptalkr due to the security and privacy of SMS.
If you have any further questions, please contact us.
Can I still see who has received something without leaving Cliniko?
Yes you can, if you enable 'Communication log' on the Settings page of Peptalkr
However, the communications log is stored in the 'Other Information' field of the Cliniko profile as below:
If you use the Extra Information field for other notes about the patient, these notes will not be interfered with. Peptalkr's log will always be added to the top of the field chronologically, and be clearly identifiable as a Peptalkr note, as it contains two asterisks and the date of the message.
The Peptalkr log can only record when a Peptalkr SMS or Smart (transactional) email has been sent to a patient. Marketing campaigns and automations are not stored here. You must access Peptalkr for that information. This was a conscious decision made by us to not clog up the Patient file with marketing messages.
👆Please note, it will not feed into Cliniko's own 'Communications' tab at this time. This is because Cliniko did not allow third party integrators such as ourselves to add anything to that log until very recently (July 2022) and we have not yet made the development changes on our end to support this new feature. We are working on it, and it will become available in the near future.
