While there are many things that can prevent an email from reaching the inbox, if you're failing to receive emails sent from [email protected]
to [email protected]
, it's likely they're being blocked by your receiving mail server.
Some mail servers are configured to reject emails that come from an external server but use the same domain, in the "From" address, that they host.
In some cases the receiving mail server may perform additional checks to verify the integrity of the email, resulting in delayed delivery, or it may be blocked outright.
This can impact the following types of emails Peptalkr sends to you:
Campaign summaries
Email tests
Internal emails (i.e. emails sent to yourself from your own sending domain)
---
Update your 'allowlist'
You'll need to allow the following domains:
peptalkr.com.au
peptalkr.app
And if you have authenticated with Peptalkr to use your own sending domain, you'll need to allowlist your own domain too - or just the emails you send with from Peptalkr (e.g [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected] etc).
