When creating a Smart (Transactional) Email, you may want to change the title of it after you've created it.

Please note that you can only change the name of transactional email once you send it at least once. To do this, just connect a trigger to it and send a test.

The steps:

  • Connect a trigger to your template and send yourself a test from the triggers page.

  • After you do that, you can then go to the Send Email tab and click the specific transactional email you want to edit the name of.

  • Once you open the email, you’ll see a little 'edit name' button next to the name of the email.

  • Edit the name and click save
