This is a guide for Campaign email. Make sure you've read our introduction to Campaign email first.
Part A: Create an email
Head to the Send Email tab and click Campaigns.
Click
Give your campaign a name - used to identify this email in your reports.
Fill in your settings
Subject | Write a compelling subject line and insert personalisation if desired |
From | Set the sender name and email address. You'll need to verify your domain to use your own email address. |
To | Select which list or segment you'd like to send it to (create a new segment first if you don't find what you need!) |
A/B test | This is an optional setting. Enable it if you want to test two versions of your email. |
Select a template
Click
Select how you'd like to design your email:
Reuse a past email | Start with a design you've previously created |
Use a template | Choose from one of your saved templates or select one of the 120 themes in our library |
Import HTML | Import your own HTML that a designer has provided you with (advanced) |
Plain text email | Send a plain text email with no HTML (i.e. no bold, italics, hyperlinks, images etc.) |
If you chose one of the two green options above, go ahead and select a template:
Customise your content
Use the email builder and drag and drop blocks to customise the look and feel of your email, add in your own content and images and more.

Once you're done - hit
Part B: Prepare to send
Go ahead and your email
Make a selection:
Voila! Go forth and send more email or check out your campaign's performance.
